In Bulgarian, Turkish Delight is known as lokum. Bulgaria produces its own brands of lokum, which may be plain or spiced with rose petals, white walnuts, almonds, plums, etc. Lokoum is more known as Turkish delight. It is originally a Turkish sweet but has been largely adopted by Bulgarian cuisine and is now one of the favorite sweets in Bulgaria.
